Basic account transition

Review your Basic cloud collection

For a pre-change backup, export first. CSV captures this device's current Collection, not a full account or original-photo backup. Export is optional.
Review the excess count and selected entries. This version selects whole entries, not individual cigars within an entry.
Save choices to schedule them for the deadline, or review and apply them now. Applying removes selected active entries from the cloud collection; Storage Areas and archived records stay.

Recovery copies already on this device remain device-only and are excluded from your active Humidor. Clearing this site's device data can lose them. There is no hidden server collection. Premium original-photo backups have a separate grace deadline.

Account settingsSync Device schedule

Basic accounts sync around device-local midnight. Pending changes remain safely on this device until a sync succeeds.

Treehouse keeps your Humidor and offline assets on this device. Some browsers can protect that data from routine storage cleanup. This is optional and your browser makes the final decision.

Account settingsMembership Basic

Premium includes automatic sync, advanced analytics, expanded capacity, and full-resolution cloud photo backup.

HelpLearn Treehouse 12 steps

Reopen the short Treehouse guide anytime. The guide is saved on this device and remains available offline.

Account settingsCollection portability CSV

Export before making removal or reconciliation choices: this file captures your collection as it is now. It includes current and archived entries, Storage Areas, preferences, and readings. Same-account recovery keeps original IDs; another account receives independent copies with new IDs. Review the source, destination, counts, and missing photos before importing. Repeat imports skip existing copies and never overwrite or delete records. Personal ratings, Hunting, Community data, and full photo originals are outside this CSV.
